By-laws
The Flinders Ranges Council suite of By-Laws were adopted by Council on 15 February 2022 and after being certified by Cimon Burke, Legal Practitioner on 7 February 2022.
Pursuant to Section 251 of the Local Government Act 1999, the suite of By-Laws are due to expire on 1 January 2030.
