Scenic Flights
The ultimate way to experience Wilpena Pound and the Ikara Flinders Ranges. An early morning scenic flight is the ideal way to gain an appreciation of the scale and grandeur of Wilpena Pound. You can also fly over the ancient landscapes of Bunyeroo and Brachina Gorges. Available for a minimum of two people, up to four people.

Chinta Air offers scenic flights at Rawnsley Park Station, on the South side of Wilpena Pound. Chinta Air also provides aircraft and pilots for both scenic flights and an air taxi / air charter service

It operates under the LA & AM Matthews Air Operator's Certificate, providing scenic and charter flights by highly experienced commercial pilots with extensive outback experience.
The company specialises in Lake Eyre (Kati Thanda) & Anna Creek Painted Hills outback scenic flights, as well as, Aboriginal Art Tours and aircraft charter from William Creek, Marree and Coober Pedy in outback South Australia. We operate highly maintained high wing single engine aircraft and low wing well appointed twin engined aircraft.

HELIVISTA - RANWSLEY PARK STATION
Helicopter Flights are available between March and October each year. Try a flight over Wilpena Pound, or the Chace Range. If you don't feel like driving there are lunch flights to the Prairie Hotel.
